| 当前，电动汽车产业进入加速发展新阶段，不仅为各国经济增长注入强劲动力，也有助于改
善生态环境，已成为汽车产业转型升级重点方向。面对这一趋势，德国作为传统汽车强国高度重视，积
极应对，呈现出前所未有的转型决心。本文在梳理介绍德国联邦政府、主要党派、行业企业近期一系
列促进电动车发展的政策措施基础上，分析探讨了其背后的客观原因，并对下一步发展方向进行预测，
以期为中国电动汽车发展提供些许借鉴。 |

| At present, the global electric vehicle industry has entered a new era of accelerated development,
which not only injects strong momentum into the economic growth all over the world, but also helps improve the
ecological environment, and has become the key direction of the transformation for the automobile industry. In
the face of this development trend, Germany, as a traditional automobile power, attaches great importance to it
and adopts a lot of corresponding measures, and has shown unprecedented determination in the theme of electric
vehicle. This paper introduces a series of policies and measures of German federal government, major parties and
industrial enterprises to promote the development of electric vehicles in the near future, analyzes the objective
reasons behind them, and forecasts the next development directions, in order to provide some reference for the
development of electric vehicles in China. |
