| In recent years, discussions on enhancing domestic and EU technological sovereignty have been heating up in Germany, and defending European values while safeguarding Germany’s industry competitiveness has become the consensus of the leadership. This paper introduces Germany’s cognition of science & technology sovereignty, the determination standards of key technologies and the related provisions of laws and regulations, and analyzes the policy trend of innovation chain by analyzing the German government’s independent foothold of science & technology and measures in the key areas of technology sovereignt y. |
