| 现代社会信息不断膨胀，建立公共信息共享是社会发展的必然，公共信息共享与其自身非竞争性和公共性的特点相契合，欧美国家也在积极探索本国公共信息共享方案。我国目前公共信息共享尚处于起步阶段，在目前没有明确的法律可遵循的情况下，知识共享协议是一个比较好的选择。 |

| The information of modern society continues to expand, and the establishment of public information sharing is necessary for social development. non-competitive and publicity reflect the nature of public information sharing. European and American countries are also actively exploring with the public information-sharing programs. As China's current public information sharing is still at an initial stage, there is no clear legal case to follow. Creative Commons Licenses is a better choice. |
