素引入对科技资源配置研究的理论框架，分析了建国以来我国科技资源配置的制度变迁历程，揭示了我国科技资源配置
制度变迁的基本特征，提出了新时期科技资源配置制度创新的基本方向。 |

| Institution is not only the important variable influencing the mode of S&T resources allocation,
but also is the key to decide the efficiency of S&T resources allocation. This paper identifies the institution as a
variable in the research framework of S&T resources allocation, analyzes the history of institutional evolution of
S&T resources allocation in China, reveals the basic characteristic of institutional evolution of S&T resources allocation,
and puts forward the direction of institutional evolution of S&T resources allocation. |
