| 区域创新能力的提高对提升国家整体创新能力，进而促进经济增长与经济的可持续发展具有重要的意义。本文应用因子分析法对我国区域创新的创新能力进行评价与比较分析，通过 31 个省、直辖市和自治区的样本数据提取出影响我国区域创新能力的 4 个公因子：人力财力投入产出因子、企业研发能力因子、物质条件因子和企业吸收能力因子；利用各因子得分，通过聚类分析将我国区域划分为5类，为相应区域决策提供依据。 |

| According to the theory of factor analysis, we propose a model of factor analysis to measure the regional innovation ability. Using the data of 31 provinces of china, 4 main factors were extracted. Using the scores of factors, based on the cluster method, 5 regions were divided, and provide them some effective strategies to improve their regional innovation ability. |
