| 科技资源作为一种重要的稀缺资源，其优化配置至关重要，但是我国科技资源存在重复分散购置、不能得到
有效共享利用的状况。本文从国外利用信息化技术统筹和协调科技资源的实践出发，探索中国在统筹协调科技资源的过
程中信息化应用的途径，以达到科技资源的合理配置。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| As one kind of important scarce resource, science and technology resources should be allocated
in optimized ways. However, domestic science and technology resources are repeatedly acquired and can’t be
effectively shared and utilized. By reviewing overall coordination practices of science and technology resources in
foreign countries the paper explores the information technology application approaches in the process of overall
coordination of science and technology resources in China. |
