| 在网络时代，长尾的影响逐渐显现。“去中心化”、网络信息的增长以及信息获取的多样化对于传统的科技信
息资源方式提出了挑战。从长尾的影响范围、管理方式、实现方式、实现方法等各个角度探讨了长尾现象本身以及其对
科技信息资源管理的影响。并初步从思维方式的转变、社会化工具以及管理模式的变化等方面讨论了相关的对策。 |

| The impact of long tail gradually spread. "decentralization", growth of network information and
varieties access to information resources is a challenge for traditional management way. In this paper, scope of
impact, management, implementation and realization of long tail are discussed. Social application, changes of
thinking method and management aspects are also discussed. |
