| To promote the sharing of S&T resource in universities, research institutes and enterprises, Beijing
Municipal Science and Technology Commission (BMSTC) explored “Beijing Mode”with their practice in recent
for it. This paper introduces the implementation and summarizes the characteristics of “Beijing mode”. Finally, it
synthesizes the principles of management of technological innovation and economics to make theoretical analy+sis
on the practical exploration of “Beijing mode”. |
