中文摘要:
      我国区域间存在着R&D资源配置的巨大差距。本文将基尼系数法引入科技资源的分布均衡测度中,测算 了在考虑各地区经济社会差异时我国的R&D资源集中化程度与趋势,并根据测算分析结果,为我国科技研发资源的空 间配置决策及相关政策的制定提出了政策建议。
英文摘要:
      Now, there are the huge gap of R&D resource allocation between our country’s region. This paper introduces Gini coefficient Law to measure the degree of centralization trend of R&D resources, and there out guesses and estimates our country’ R&D Resources Concentration degree and direction, which consider the regional economic and social differences. According to the analysis, present decision-making and policy-making policy recommendations on spatial configuration of China's science and technology R&D resources.
