| 对中美两国科技奖项评审中候选人产生方式、评审流程等制度进行了比较与剖析。结果表明，在我国科技
奖评审中存在专家提名推荐的比例偏低、获奖比例偏高等问题，提出加大专家推荐和同行评议、控制奖励数量等相关
政策建议。 |

| This paper analyzed the difference in candidates’ selection and review process of China and America,
and revealed same shortcomings in Chinese award selection system such as lower ratio of expert recommend,
and relatively higher winner ratio, etc. The authors suggest that our science and technology award system
should pay more attention to expert recommendation in candidates’ selection, reform the “quota control” and
reduce the quantity of the prize winner. |
