| 文章从创新创业生态系统的内涵、构成和特征等方面对国内外已有相关理论研究进行梳理和分析。在此基
础上，从创新服务、企业服务、金融服务、人才服务和智慧服务等5个维度，围绕创新创业企业的核心需求，构建了多
层次全方位的服务体系。结合武汉创新创业生态系统——“创谷”建设运营现状，在五大服务体系的基础上，建立服务
体系标准，进一步细化创新创业服务内容，为推进创新创业生态系统建设、运营、管理的标准化和规范化奠定了坚实
的基础。 |

| This paper expounds theoretical research of connotation, construct, characteristic for innovation
and entrepreneurship ecosystem service system, then from the five dimensions of innovative services, business
services, financial services, personnel services and intelligence services, around the core needs of the innovation
enterprise, it constructs five service platform and formats multi-level comprehensive service system. Combined
with the innovation ecosystem of Wuhan Innovation Valley construction and operation of the status quo, based
on the five the service system, it establishes the standards of service system, further refines the service contents
of innovation and entrepreneurship, and it lays a solid foundation for promoting the construction of ecological
system, business operation, management innovation and standardization. |
