| 研发设计服务为企业创新创业提供重要的基础性支撑。本文以生物医药产业为例，调研了国内部分典型的
研发设计平台的发展现状，并与成渝地区现有科技平台进行对比分析，指出目前成渝地区研发设计平台建设存在的问
题，为成渝地区的研发设计平台建设发展提出建议。 |

| R&D service resources are the important support for enterprise entrepreneurship innovation. Through
the development and utilization of intellectual and scientific talent resources, we promote the transformation of
scientific and technological achievements and provide software and hardware support for social innovation and
entrepreneurship. This paper investigates some typical examples applied in the bioengineering and pharmaceutical
industry in China and compares them with the technology platforms of Chengdu-Chongqing area. It points out
the problems existing in the construction of R&D and design platforms in Chengdu-Chongqing area and puts
forward suggestions for the development of R&D and design platforms in Chengdu-Chongqing area. |
