| 利用国内外权威机构数据库的研发数据并结合相关研究，对 2010—2020 年全球研发投入态势和特征以及科 技大国的创新投入和战略部署进行研究，在分析我国科技创新投入的现状和存在的问题的基础上，提出相应的启示: 一是中国仍需提升全社会研发投入水平;二是中国产业研发投入结构亟待优化;三是借鉴科技大国经验，中国需瞄准 硬科技给予长期不懈的支持。 |

| Using R&D data from authoritative institutions at home and abroad, combined with relevant research, this study investigates the global R&D investment trend and characteristics from 2010 to 2020, as well as the innovation investment and strategic deployment of major S&T countries. Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of China's R&D investment, corresponding inspirations are proposed: firstly, China still needs to improve the level of domestic R&D investment; secondly, the structure of R&D investment in China's industries needs to be optimized; Thirdly, drawing on the experience of major S&T countries, China needs to provide long-term and unremitting support for hard and core technologies. |
