| 基于利益相关者理论和治理理论，探索性构建“链内外治理主体—协同治理结构—多元治理机制”这一动 力电池回收利用产业链协同治理体系框架，进一步针对产业链的发展与治理困境，探讨产业链协同治理优化路径，即 让政府、企业、社会组织及消费者等利益相关主体共同参与到产业链治理中，实现我国动力电池回收利用产业链治理 由政府主导向政府引导监督、核心企业为主体、社会组织及消费者等多元主体广泛参与的协同治理结构过渡。研究结 果丰富了产业链治理研究，为协同治理实践提供理论依据和行动参考。 |

| In this paper, we explored the construction of the framework for cooperative governance system of the power battery recycling industrial chain which is composed with multiple governance subjects, cooperative governance structure and governance mechanism on the base of stakeholder theory and governance theory. Furthermore, discussing the optimization path of collaborative governance of the industrial chain aiming at the problems and the dilemmas of industrial chain governance. That means the goal of transition from a government-led structure to a multi-subject collaborative governance structure can be realized by letting the government, enterprises, social organizations, consumers and other stakeholders participate in the governance system jointly. This study is helpful to enrich the theoretical research of industrial chain governance, and provide theoretical basis and action reference for the practice of collaborative governance. |
