| 从查新用户(评价者和被评价者)视角出发，分别从理论、实践和技术3个层面对图书查新的新颖性问题进行研究，以期为图书查新的发展及其在科研评价中的应用提供参考。首先基于图书评价文献的挖掘分析和现有科技 查新规范定义，构建图书查新的新颖性认知框架;然后通过图书查新实际案例研究，检验认知框架的有效性，提出图书查新的新颖性类型;最后基于上述新颖性认知框架，探讨图书查新的关键技术和难点解决方案。 |

| Starting from perspective of novelty search users (evaluators and evaluates), book novelty is studied from three aspects of theory, practice and technology, in order to provide reference for the development of book novelty search and its application in research evaluation. Firstly, based on the analysis of the literature of book evaluation and the existing standard definition of sci-tech novelty search, the novelty cognitive framework of book novelty search is constructed. Furthermore, through the actual case study of book novelty search, the effectiveness of the cognitive framework is tested, and the novelty types of book novelty search are proposed. Finally, based on the above novelty cognitive framework, the key technologies and difficult solutions of book novelty search are discussed. |
