| 推动国家科技资源服务地方科技创新发展是促进科技资源高效利用、优化科技资源配置、提高科技资源支撑作用的重要方式。以国家干细胞转化资源库为例，总结资源库建设进展和建立服务体系的情况以及取得的主要成效和工作经验，分析国家资源库服务地方科技创新发展的主要做法，凝练国家科技资源服务地方科技创新发展的实施路径，提出国家地方协同联动推动国家科技资源服务地方科技创新发展的意见建议。 |

| Promoting the utilization of national scientific and technical (S&T) resources to serve local S&T innovation development is a crucial approach to enhance the using efficiency of S&T resources, optimize their allocation, and improve their supporting roles. Taking the national stem cell translational resource center as a typical example, this paper systematically summarizes the construction progresses of national resource centers and the establishment of their service systems, as well as the major achievements and work experiences gained. By analyzing typical practices of how the national resource centers serves local S&T innovation development, the pathways for national resource centers to serve local S&T innovation development are extracted. Furthermore, some suggestions are provide to further strengthen national resource centers in supporting local S&T innovation and development. |
