      F5000项目作为中国科技期刊顶尖论文的展示平台,旨在遴选和推广具有高学术价值的研究成果。为揭示F5000项目对入选学术论文影响力的提升作用,采用基于倾向得分匹配的因果推断来探究其实际影响效应。选取被引频次不低于同年度发表的同学科入选F5000项目论文的论文作为数据源,运用Stata分析工具,采用倾向得分匹配方法计算入选F5000项目对论文被引频次增量的影响,并进行平衡性检验。经计算,入选F5000项目对2014—2018年发表论文被引频次增量的平均干预效应为5.54。其中,入选F5000项目对2014年发表论文的平均处理效应为1.02,远低于对2018年发表论文6.14的平均处理效应。研究结果显示,入选F5000项目对论文被引频次有着显著的促进作用,论文发表年份越新,入选F5000项目对其被引频次的影响越大。
英文摘要:
      The F5000 project, as a premier platform for Chinese scientific journal papers, aims to select and promote research outcomes with high academic value. This study employs causal inference based on propensity score matching to reveal the enhancing effect of the F5000 project on the impact of top-tier academic papers. The study selected papers with citation frequencies not lower than those of the same discipline’s papers included in the F5000 project in the same year as the data source. Using Stata analytical tools, the propensity score matching method was applied to calculate the impact of the F5000 project on the increment of citation frequencies and to conduct balance tests. The calculated average treatment effect of the F5000 project on the citation frequency increment of papers published from 2014 to 2018 was 5.54. Specifically, the average treatment effect for papers published in 2014 was 1.02, significantly lower than the 6.14 average treatment effect for papers published in 2018. The results of the study show that being selected for the F5000 project has a significant effect on the citation frequency of papers, and the newer the year of publication, the greater the effect of being selected for the F5000 project on the citation frequency of papers.
