| 提高数据的可发现性、可访问性、可互操作性和可重用性，以完善生物医学科学数据开放平台的数据管理能力，推动数据开放。在比较和整合FDMM、FAIRsFAIR、EOSC等国际代表性FAIR指标的基础上，构建一套生物医学数据共享平台FAIR原则评估指标，并以此指标调查评估全球生物医学科学数据共享平台建设情况。基于FAIR原则指标评估国内外生物医学科学数据共享平台的情况，发现各个平台的表现均存在部分不足。为了提高数据共享平台的数据共享效率、用户满意度等能力，需要进一步细化和统一FAIR原则在生物医学领域的应用标准，从而根据FAIR原则进一步优化数据管理和共享机制。 |

| In order to improve the findability, accessibility, interoperability and reusability of data, and to enhance the data management capabilities of the science data open platform, data openness is promoted. Based on international representative indicators such as FDMM, FAIRsFAIR and EOSC, this paper constructs evaluation indicators of biomedical data sharing platform, investigates global biomedical science data sharing platforms, and aims to explore the application of FAIR principle in biomedical science data sharing platform. Through the evaluation of different scientific data sharing platforms, it was found that the performance of all platforms in the FAIR principle is insufficient. In order to improve the data sharing efficiency, user satisfaction of the data sharing platform, it is necessary to further refine and unify the standards for the application of the FAIR principles in the biomedical field, so as to further optimise the data management and sharing mechanism based on the FAIR principles.. |
