      在全球经济社会变革加速演进的背景下,中国政府通过重塑重点实验室体系,提升科技创新能力,推动产业转型升级,助力经济高质量发展。重点实验室作为科技与产业之间的桥梁,发挥着促进科研成果转化和技术应用的关键作用。采用耦合协调度模型,分析省级重点实验室的数量、类型及其对产业链与创新链融合的影响。研究发现,省级重点实验室的新增数量与地区产业链与创新链的耦合协调度显著正相关,表明重点实验室在推动双链融合方面发挥了积极作用。此外,学科类实验室的增加有助于提升耦合协调度,而企业类实验室的增加可能抑制这一效果,强调了实验室在公益性与盈利性之间的平衡。研究结果揭示了重点实验室在推动创新链与产业链融合中所承担的多重角色,包括技术转移、人才培养和产学研合作等。
英文摘要:
      Under the background of accelerated evolution of global economic and social changes, the Chinese government has helped high-quality economic development by reshaping the key laboratory system, improving scientific and technical innovation ability, promoting industrial transformation and upgrading. As a bridge between science and technology and industry, key laboratories play a crucial role in facilitating the transformation of scientific research achievements and the application of technologies. This study employs the coupling coordination degree model to analyze the number, types of provincial key laboratories and their impact on the integration of the industrial chain and the innovation chain. The study finds that the newly added number of provincial key laboratories is significantly and positively correlated with the coupling coordination degree of the regional industrial chain and the innovation chain, indicating that key laboratories have played a positive role in promoting the integration of the two chains. In addition, the increase in disciplinary laboratories helps to improve the coupling coordination degree, while the increase in enterprise laboratories may suppress this effect, highlighting the balance between the public welfare and profitability of laboratories. This study reveals the multiple roles of key laboratories in promoting the integration of the innovation chain and the industrial chain, including technology transfer, talent cultivation, and industry-university-research cooperation.
