生物医药产业是广东省着力发展的战略性支柱产业,是高质量发展的重点产业。准确掌握产业发展水平对于明晰高质量发展方向具有重要意义。采用灰色关联度分析法评估广东省生物医药产业投入产出影响因素和产出水平,采用熵值法评估竞争力影响因素和竞争力水平,通过投入产出水平和竞争力水平对广东省生物医药产业的高质量发展水平进行综合测度。灰色关联结果显示:研发机构人员数是影响广东生物医药产业营业收入最重要的因素,规模企业数与营业收入的关联度也较高。熵值法分析结果显示:创新是影响广东省生物医药产业竞争力最主要的因素,其他重要因素还包括医药企业的经营能力、全国医药工业百强上榜数量和医药制造业就业人员平均人数;2016—2021年广东省生物医药产业高质量发展水平的综合得分呈上升态势,说明产业的高质量发展水平逐年上升。综合分析发现,广东省生物医药产业存在企业规模普遍偏小、创新成果转化率较低以及高端人才供给不足的问题。基于此,提出优化产业链布局、精准制定政策、强化科研创新、加强人才培养和引进、拓宽融资渠道的建议。 |

Biomedical industry is a strategic pillar industry that Guangdong Province is focusing on developing, and it is a key industry for high-quality development. It is of great significance to find out the level of industrial development to clarify the direction of high-quality development. On the basis of analyzing the level of industrial development, the gray correlation analysis method was used to analyze the input-output influencing factors and output level of the biomedical industry in Guangdong Province, and the entropy method was used to analyze the competitiveness influencing factors and the competitiveness level, and the high-quality development level of the biomedical industry in Guangdong Province was comprehensively evaluated through the input-output level and competitiveness level. The grey correlation results show that the number of personnel in R&D institutions is the most important factor affecting the operating income of the biomedical industry in Guangdong, and the correlation between the number of large-scale enterprises and the operating income is also high. The results of entropy analysis show that innovation is the most important factor affecting the competitiveness of the biomedical industry in Guangdong Province, and other important factors include the operating ability of pharmaceutical enterprises, the number of top 100 pharmaceutical companies in China, and the average number of employees in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. From 2016 to 2021, the comprehensive score of the high-quality development level of the biomedical industry in Guangdong Province showed an upward trend, indicating that the high-quality development level of the industry has increased year by year. Combined analysis, it is found that the biomedical industry in Guangdong Province has the problems of small enterprise scale, low conversion rate of innovation achievements and insufficient supply of high- end talents. It is recommended to optimize the layout of the industrial chain, formulate policies accurately, strengthen scientific research and innovation, strengthen talent training and introduction, and broaden financing channels. |
