| 数智化转型背景下,产业技术创新呈现多主体协同、多要素耦合的复杂特征,传统情报服务已难以适配全链条创新需求,研究如何优化产业技术创新情报服务全流程、推动情报工作提质增效与数据智能驱动升级,具有重要的现实意义。本文立足产业技术研发、成果转化、产业扩散各阶段的差异化需求,构建包含数据采集与融合、语义认知与理解、情报分析与预测和决策生成与支持4个递进式环节的全生命周期智能情报服务机制,并针对服务实践中的关键短板,提出系统性优化路径,推动数智化情报服务深度适配产业创新场景,为产业创新生态协同升级提供实践支撑。 |

| Against the backdrop of digital-intelligent transformation, industrial technical innovation exhibits complex characteristics featured by multi-stakeholder collaboration and multi-factor coupling. Traditional information services have become increasingly inadequate to accommodate the demands of full-chain innovation. Accordingly, exploring optimized pathways for the whole process of industrial technological innovation information services, and advancing the quality, efficiency as well as data-information-driven upgrading of information practices, is of profound practical significance. Based on the differentiated demands across the phases of industrial technical R&D, technology commercialization, and industrial diffusion, this study constructs a full-life-cycle intelligent information service mechanism comprising four progressive modules: data acquisition and integration, semantic cognition and comprehension, information analysis and forecasting, and decision generation and support. Targeting the critical deficiencies in practical service implementation, this paper puts forward a systematic optimization framework to drive the in-depth adaptation of digital-intelligent information services to industrial innovation scenarios, which provides solid practical support for the collaborative upgrading of the industrial innovation ecosystem. |
