| 针对传统方法难以准确刻画科研机构复杂、多重隶属及非完全层级结构的挑战,研究探索基于偏序集理论的科研机构层级关系构建方法,可以为机构管理提供新的视角和工具。采集2019—2023年发文量最多的5所高校文献机构署名信息和机构官网组织结构信息,基于偏序集理论构建每所高校偏序集合,并利用拓扑排序和哈斯图对构建的偏序集进行冗余关系检测与结构优化和反射性、反对称性、传递性校验,进而构建简洁清晰的机构层级结构。研究发现,基于偏序集理论构建的机构层级关系准确率优于传统基于规则的方法,偏序集理论为复杂科研机构的层级结构分析提供了更为科学、灵活且高效的工具。 |

| In response to the challenge that traditional methods are unable to accurately depict the complex, multi-level and non-hierarchical structure of research institutions, this study explores a method for identifying subordinate hierarchical institutions based on Partially Ordered Set theory, aiming to provide new perspectives and tools for institutional management. We collected the institutional affiliation descriptions and organizational structure information of the top five universities with the highest number of publications from 2019 to 2023. Based on Theory of partially ordered sets, we constructed institutional possets. Topological sorting and Hassel diagrams were utilized for redundant relationship detection and structural optimization of the constructed possets. The correctness of the partial order relationships was further ensured through verification of reflexivity, anti-symmetry, and transitivity, leading to the establishment of a concise and clear institutional hierarchical structure. The accuracy of institutional hierarchical relationships constructed using the theory of partially ordered sets method surpassed that of traditional rule-based approaches. Theories of partially ordered sets provide a scientific, flexible, and efficient tool for analyzing the complex hierarchical structures of scientific research institutions. |
