| 在出版深度融合发展背景下，学术期刊的角色正被赋予新的内涵与更广泛的社会责任。它不仅是科研成果发布和交流的平台，还是连接学术创新与社会需求的关键枢纽，其应承担起普及科学知识、提升全民科学素养的社会责任。开展形式多样、内容精准的科普活动，正是学术期刊履行这一社会责任最直接的体现。本文采用问卷星设计调查问卷，对重庆市103种学术期刊的工作人员开展调查，了解重庆市学术期刊开展科普活动的现状、面临的主要困境;对10位学术期刊工作人员进行半结构式访谈，了解困境背后的深层原因。在此基础上，提出一套可操作的、能够有效促进学术期刊科普功能发挥的策略体系，以期为强化学术期刊的社会服务功能、打通科技成果转化“最后一公里”提供理论参考与实践指引。 |

| In the context of the deep integration of publishing development, the role of academic journals is being endowed with new connotations and broader social responsibilities. It is not only a platform for publishing and exchanging scientific research achievements, but also a key node connecting science and society, and communicating experts and the public. It should shoulder the social responsibility of popularizing scientific knowledge and enhancing the scientific literacy of the whole nation. Conducting diverse and precise science popularization activities is the most direct manifestation of academic journals fulfilling this social responsibility. This study used Questionnaire Star to design a survey questionnaire to investigate the staff of 103 academic journals in Chongqing, to understand the current situation and main challenges faced by academic journals in carrying out science popularization activities in Chongqing. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 10 academic journal staff to understand the underlying reasons behind the challenges. Finally, a set of feasible and effective strategies to promote the science popularization function of academic journals is proposed, in order to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for strengthening the social service function of academic journals and bridging the “last mile” of scientific and technological achievement transformation. |
