| 知识转移是知识经济时代组织取得竞争优势的基础，因而知识转移已成为知识管理研究领域的热点问题。
回顾国内外知识转移的研究现状可以发现，图书馆要想在激烈的行业竞争中和复杂的科技环境中保持自身的优势地位，
必须重视对知识转移的研究。知识转移的能力已成为现代图书馆的核心能力之一。传统图书馆的知识转移方式是基于编
码化的信息网络范式，忽视隐性知识转移，难以满足当前用户的需求。重点探讨利用Web2.0 技术构建基于社会网络范式
的图书馆知识转移新模式，提出提高隐性知识转移能力的策略。 |

| Knowledge Transfer(KT) is the basis on which the organizations gain competitive advantage in
knowledge economy, and thus it has been a hot spot in the knowledge management field. Looking back the domestic
and international KT sfudies, we can find that if a library wants to maintain its dominant position in the
fierce competition and in the complex technology environments, it must pay attention to the KT. The competence
of KT should become one of a library’s critical competence. The author holds that the KT methods of a traditional
library are informatization-networked paradigm based on encoding, which pay no attention to the transfer
of tacit knowledge. And a new strategy is suggested to construct a new library’s KT mode based on socializationnetworked
paradigm by using Web2.0 technology to improve its tacit KT competence. |
