| This article lists some major issues of the current Chinese academic assessment and evaluation, and
gives a deep thinking for future academic assessment reform in China on the basis of a careful analysis of major
social environment causes that make talents become vulnerable groups. The article put forward that we should
build a new academic appraisal system which is named “the core for full academic level” and contains the key
initiatives for balanced development of talents in China. |
