| 智慧城市的诞生，是应对城市问题日益严峻的挑战，城市实现可持续发展目标的内在需求。作为智慧城市
核心内容的智能化信息服务是当前信息服务领域的研究热点和发展方向，也是智慧城市建设的关键。文章从智慧城市发
展的角度对信息服务进行新的诠释，总结出智慧城市信息服务的创新点, 并提出全新的信息服务体系和推进策略。 |

| The birth of brightness city is a response to the growing challenges of urban problems, and also is
the internal demands for urban sustainable development objectives. As the core content of brightness city,
without a doubt, intelligentify information services currently is the hot research topic and developing direction
in information services area, as well as the key point of brightness city construction. In this article, a new
interpretation has been made to information services from the perspective of brightness city development, and
summed up the innovation point of brightness city’s information services, and we proposed a new intelligentify
information service system and strategy for promoting it. |
