| 标准化是科技资源管理的基本手段之一。在分析科技资源管理标准体系必要性的基础上，对科技资源管理
标准体系的内涵和体系框架进行了研究，最后分别对我国科技信息资源和科技实物资源的标准体系进行评述。 |

| Since standardization is one of the effective means of S&T resource management, so this paper researches
its system connotation and framework of the standard system for S&T resource management on the basis of the
analyzing its necessity, and finally reviews respectively the standard system of S&T information resources and
physical resources. |
