| Under the background of comprehensively pushing forward rule of law, improving the ability and
level of science and technology resources sharing by the means of laws, not only is our major task of macro
management of science and technology innovation, but also is the important guarantee for carrying out the
strategy of innovation driven development. This study defines the connotation of legalization of science and
technology resources sharing, explores the deep reasons for the legalization of science and technology resources
sharing, and analyzes the legalization process and main problems of science and technology resources sharing
in China, puts forward to the main path of legalization of scientific and technological resources sharing. |
