| 对现有的各地方政府的高层次人才引进政策进行了较为全面的对比分析，结合我国区域发展的差异，指出
地方政府高层次人才引进政策文本规定中存在的缺乏及时更新，引进对象同质化等问题，并针对这些问题提出了相应
的对策建议。 |

| This article analysizes the local government’s introduction of high-level l talents policy by across-theboard,
indicates the problems lack of timely updates in the local government’s high-level talents policies text
combining with differences in regional development in our country, introduces into object homogenization etc.,
and ultimately put forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve these problems. |
