| 分析江苏省科技创新投入在促进农业经济发展中遇到的问题，通过对影响科技成果转化因素的分析，提
出从管理体制、创新机制、推广体系、人才培育等方面推动农业科技创新成果转化。实现依靠科技创新发展农业，促
进农民增收，最终达到区域农业经济长效增长以及加速农业发展现代化进程的目的。 |

| This paper analyzes the problems encountered of regional agricultural economy development
with technology innovation and investment in Jiangsu Province, through analyzing the factors influencing
scientific and technological achievements, we advice that using the management system, innovative
mechanisms, promoting system, personnel training and other aspects to promote agricultural science and
technology innovation ,and then achieve the development of agriculture and increasing of farmers' income.
Ultimately achieve the purposes, long-term growth of regional agricultural economy and accelerated process of
modernization of agricultural development. |
