系统功能、资源体系、收藏与服务管理流程等对系统构建需求进行调研分析，提出系统基本架构、功能框架、统一认
证机制等关键设计，并给出系统技术实现的基本方案。 |

| The national science and technology report service system is one of the important activities of
the national science and technology report system. For the purpose of developing the national science and
technology report service system, this paper analyzes the system needs on the system functions, resources
system, collections and service management processes. In addition, it presents the key basic design of the
system architecture, functional framework and unified authentication mechanism, and gives a system
technology program. |
