| 针对中央提出的“供给侧结构性改革”思路，通过梳理供给侧改革的理论基础，在总结我国科技信息服务
行业在供给侧现状的基础上，分析科技信息服务业所面临的三大挑战和机遇，提出基于科技信息供给侧要素的分析框
架，结合科研人员、企业等创新主体的需求，着重探索科技信息服务在供给侧结构性改革中所面临的新契机，希冀对
历史发展的新阶段如何促进科技信息服务业的发展提供参考。 |

| According to the central government’s reform of the supply front, it summarizes the basic theory
revolution of reform of the supply front, based on the current situation of our country science and technology
information service industry in the supply side, analyzes the three major challenges and opportunities in
science and technology information service industry in the future, raises the analysis framework of reform of
the supply front factors on the base of the information demand according to researchers, enterprises, etc.. Then
it focuses on exploring new opportunities in science and technology information service, which is facing in the
supply side structural reforms in the hope of promoting science and technology information service industry in
the new stage of development. |
