| 为保证福建省科技报告制度建设总体目标的实现，福建省开展了科技报告政策法规体系、标准规范体系、
组织管理体系和收藏服务体系建设实践，已实现了省科技计划项目科技报告呈交、审核、加工、收藏和共享服务的全
过程管理。本文在总结福建省科技报告制度和体系建设实践的基础上，对福建省科技报告工作中存在的问题进行分
析，提出相应的对策和建议。 |

| In order to ensure the realization of the overall goal of Fujian scientific and technical report system
construction, Fujian has carried out the construction of policy and regulation system, standard system,
management system and collection service system, and has realized the whole process management of
submitting, audit, process, collection and sharing service on science and technology report of Fujian science
and technology plan project. In the future we will strengthen research and application in improving policy and
regulation, perfecting management mechanism, improving management program, optimizing service platform,
strengthening main responsibility and increasing report quality. |
