| 信息化是社会发展到一定历史阶段产生的新的社会生产力，而基于信息支援法所具备的自由、平等、效
率、安全的法律价值，完全适应信息社会发展的客观要求，因此信息支援法作为独立的法律部门存在于我国法律体系
中的需求日益迫切。从法理学的角度出发，分析信息支援法的调整对象——信息支援法律关系，并根据其内在逻辑结
构，从信息透明度法律制度、信息安全法律制度和信息援助法律制度3个层面阐释信息支援法作为部门法的体系结构。
同时在围绕信息支援法的3 个层面基础上整体梳理现行相关法律规范，以寻找信息支援法的形式渊源。 |

| Informatization is the social development of a certain historical stage of the new social productivity,
and the legal values of the information support law based on o freedom, equality, efficiency, safety, fully adapt
to the objective requirement of the development of information society, so the information support law exists
as an independent legal department in the increasingly urgent demand in the legal system of China. From the
perspective of jurisprudence, this paper will analyze the adjusting object of information support law-the legal
relation of information support of, and according to its inner logical structure, explore the system and source of
information support law .At the same time, on the basis of the three aspects of the information support law, the
current relevant legal norms are combed in order to find the source of information support law. |
