| 高校科技成果转化是促进科技与经济有机结合的关键，评价我国高校科技成果转化绩效，分析影响高校科
技成果转化绩效的主要因素，将为探索提高我国高校科技成果转化绩效的有效途径提供支持。文章从转化条件、转化
实力、转化效果和区域经济环境因素4个方面，建立高校科技成果转化绩效的评价指标体系，运用因子分析、聚类分析
和回归分析3种统计方法，对我国高校科技成果转化进行绩效评价，并对成果转化的影响因素进行分析。在此基础上提
出相应的政策建议。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| University technology transfer (UTT) play as ignificant role in promoting the combination of science
and economy, in which is used for evaluating the technology transfer efficiency in universities. Meanwhile, as an
important element, it also be contributed to exploring the effective way of transfer. This paper, which specified
in the four aspects of transfer condition, transfer strength, transfer effort and regional economic environment
factors, established the evaluation index system of the university technology transfer efficiency （UTTE).The
UTTE and its affecting factors were researched based on factor analysis, cluster analysis and regression analysis.
The findings are that the university technology transfer efficiency varies among different regions. Base on this,
there are some suggestions for problems that have been found in this article. |
