| 从知识产权法律法规、技艺、市场需求及创新者自身素质等多角度分析影响序贯创新的主要因素。研究结
果表明，这些要素是否能够改变下游创造者增量创新或外围创新决策取决于它们是否引起上下游创造者的保留价格对
称或不对称的变化。知识产权杠杆作用或许富有吸引力，但也不确定。在此基础上，文章指出政策制定者为了优化创
新和创造力而修订知识产权制度之前，应该考虑知识产权法之外的其他干预措施是否会更有效或成本更低。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| To explore the influencing factors of sequential innovation. Analysis of the main factors affecting
sequential innovation from the perspectives of intellectual property right, regulations, skills, market demand
and innovator quality. The results show that, whether these factors can change the incremental innovation of
downstream creators or the decision of peripheral innovation depends on whether they lead to asymmetric
or asymmetric changes in the retention price of upstream and downstream creators. Intellectual property
leverage may be attractive, but it is also uncertain. On that basis, the article points out that before policymakers
revise the intellectual property regime to optimize innovation and creativity, they should consider whether
interventions other than intellectual property law will be more effective or less costly. |
