| 科技报告是重要的科技创新基础资源。分析总结当前科技报告工作体系的特征现状、运行机制及存在的问题，建议今后科技报告工作应开展常态化科技报告制度和撰写培训、制定特殊类型科技报告模板和案例集、强化科技报告保障措施落实、丰富科技报告推广应用渠道和深度挖掘利用科技报告数据资源的创新发展等。 |

| Scientific and technical report is an important basic resource of science and technology innovation. This paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics, operating mechanism and existing problems of the current working system. In addition, it puts forward five suggestions for the innovation and development of scientific and technical report in the future, which are to carry out the normalization of scientific and technical report system and writing training, develop special types of scientific and technical report templates and case sets, strengthen the implementation of scientific and technical report safeguard measures, enrich the promotion and application channels of scientific and technical report, and deep mining and utilization of scientific and technical report data resources. |
