| 国家科技成果转移转化示范区是科技成果转化政策先行、机制创新的试验田和排头兵，其建设定位于打造科技成果转移转化区域高地，形成可复制推广的科技成果转化典型经验，发挥科技成果转化示范和带动作用。从科技成果转化模式研究出发，研究和总结国家科技成果转移转化示范区在建设和发展过程中形成的6种具有典型驱动特征的科技成果转化形式，并分析其典型特征和内在机制，提出新时期国家科技成果转移转化示范区管理改革方向和建议。 |

| The national demonstration area for the transfer and transformation of scientific and technical achievements is the pilot field and pioneer of policy pioneering and mechanism innovation for the transformation of scientific and technical achievements, whose construction is positioned to create a regional highland for the transfer and transformation of scientific and technical achievements, form typical experience that can be replicated and extended, and play a demonstration and driving role. This paper focuses on the transformation mode of scientific and technical achievements, studies six transformation forms of scientific and technical achievements with typical driving characteristics, analyzes their typical characteristics and internal mechanism, and puts forward the direction and suggestions for the management reform of the national scientific and technical achievement transfer and transformation demonstration areas in the new period. |
