2011 年比利时科技发展态势平稳,以科技创新体系建设为核心的各大区科技政策不断完善。比利时生物技术专利申请数占欧盟国家申请总数的 11%;企业技术创新率达 48.2%,其以此为引导的经济指数排名在全球位居第 11 位;企业签署创新合作协议的数量居欧洲发达国家首位。比利时在研究与创新上硕果累累,如首次实现了加速器和反应堆成功连接,创造了加速器驱动系统( ADS )世界第一个示范模型;成功开发了在200 毫米硅片上的氮化镓/氮化铝镓层芯片;等等。比利时各级政府高度重视科技创新和科技成果产业化,其研发成果向外国市场推广的需求强烈,因此,中国和比利时科技合作存在着广泛的有利机遇和空间。 |

In 2011, Belgium kept the momentum of science and technology (S&T) advancement, with improvement of regional S&T innovation system. The country’s patent applications in biotechnology accounted for 11% of the EU total. The technical innovation rate reached 48.2% in Belgium, bringing it to the 11th place in
the world economic index. Among all the developed countries in Europe, Belgium signed the largest number of enterprise innovation agreements. It created the first model of the Accelerator Driven System (ADS) in the world based on the connection of an accelerator with a reactor. It also developed a device with GaN/AlGaN layers on 200-mm silicon wafers. The Belgian government attaches great importance to S&T innovation, translation and transfer of research findings to overseas markets. Thus, there is great potential for China and Belgium to conduct cooperation in areas of science and technology. |
