| 近年来，垃圾管理问题已成为制约我国城市可持续发展的一大难题，如何有效化解这一难题，是当前城市发展的重中之重。对韩国政府和民间组织在城市垃圾综合治理方面的先进模式和成功经验进行了综述，韩国严格的垃圾分类制度，开展的杜绝一次性用品及减少餐厨垃圾等活动，推行的“绿色垃圾”焚烧方案及生活垃圾资源化项目等，值得我国借鉴和学习。 |

| In recent years, waste management has become a major problem in the urban sustainable development of China. How to effectively solve the problem is the top priority of current urban development. The paper reviews the advanced management model of waste treatment taken by Korean government and its civil society organizations, such as, setting up a strict waste classification system, carrying campaigns of eliminating disposable supplies and reducing food waste, pushing the ‘green’ waste incineration programs and domestic waste resource utilization projects, and so on. |
