| 通过对 20 年来全球企业研发活动的演变以及中国企业在其中位置的分析，得出结论是：企业研发
投入总体上呈逐年增长趋势，但各行业间规模相差很大，且不同行业研发投入发展趋势不同；就行业所
占份额而言，汽车制造、航空国防等行业大体保持平稳水平，化工、电子电气等行业呈下降趋势，而生物医
药、软件等行业则呈上升趋势；2005 年起开始有中国企业进入研发投入 Top200 排名，至 2010 年已达 5 家
企业，并且其投入逐年大幅增长，排名不断上升，但在世界所占份额仍然较小，行业分布也很不均衡。 |

| The paper analyzes the evolution of global Top200 companies’ R&D activities for the last two
decades and the place of Chinese companies in the Top200 List. It shows that the total R&D investment of them is
increasing year by year, whereas deep gaps exist between different industries. The shares of different industries are
changing: for automobiles, aerospace and defence domain, it keeps stable roughly; it trends down for chemistry,
electronic & electrical equipment; and for pharma & biotech as well as software & computer services it trends
upward. Since 2005, Chinese companies have entered the Top200 List and their amount appearing in the list has
arrived up to 5 in 2010. It is demonstrated that the R&D investment of Chinese companies grows increasingly year
by year with the ranks rising， but its share in Top200 is still small with very disproportion between industries. |
