| 欧盟是全球绿色经济发展的引领者，近年来其绿色产业发展迅速，绿色创新成就斐然。通过综合分析欧盟绿色经济发展的成就、面临的机遇和存在的主要问题，深入介绍了欧盟委员会为实施欧盟 2020 战略、进一步促进绿色经济发展所制定的绿色创新行动计划（EcoAP）（2014-2020年）以及欧盟为实施该计划所采取的主要措施，希望为我国绿色经济发展提供借鉴。 |

| As the leader of the global green economy development, the EU has made rapid progress in promoting the growth of green industries and made brilliant achievements in green innovation. This paper comprehensively analyzed the accomplishment, opportunities and problems of the green economy development
in the EU, and introduced in-depth the EcoAP and its main measurements that have been taken by European Commission to implement the EU 2020 Strategy and further to advance its green economy development. This paper could be a reference for the green economy development in China. |
