| 知识管理是知识经济时代一种重要的管理模式，知识管理软件是实施知识管理的物质基础，而基于Web2.0
的社会性软件给陷入困境的知识管理带来了转机。文章以Blog 和Wiki 为例，从两者的概念入手，简要介绍了Blog 和
Wiki 这两种社会性软件，分别阐述了作为知识管理工具的各自特点及其功能，并对其进行比较分析。在此基础上，分析
两者在解决知识管理实际问题中的具体应用，最终提出知识管理中运用Blog 和Wiki 的对策建议。 |

| Knowledge Management is a critical management mode in knowledge economy era. Knowledge
Management software is the foundation to implement knowledge management, and the social software based on
Web 2.0 bring a favorable turn for the bottleneck of Knowledge Management. This paper firstly takes the Blog
and Wiki as examples, briefly introduces these two social software from their concepts, and then discusses their
characteristics and functions as the knowledge management tools respectively. And a comparison is made on the
two software. Based on that, it analyses their application to solve the problems of knowledge management, and
finally proposes suggestions on their use in knowledge management. |
