| 通过文献阅读和现场调研等方式获取数据，然后分别从项目计划类型、资源类型和承担单位3个方面对全国
人口健康领域科技计划项目科技资源汇交现状进行统计分析。可以看出：虽然我国人口健康领域科技计划项目汇交开
展时间较早，但是汇交总体状况却不乐观，其中主要存在3个问题：政府宏观协调管理不足、科研工作者汇交积极性不
高及缺乏详尽细致的要求和标准。通过研究分析，提出构建人口健康领域科技计划项目科技资源汇交和共享有效机制
的对策建议，供资源汇交管理部门参考。 |

| We analyzed the data base by the literature reading and scene research from 3 aspects: plan, resource
and department. The situation is not very positive although it begins earlier than other area. The main problem
is: less management, less working energetic and less standard. So, we suggest some advices for the problem,
wish it useful for the manager. |
