| 在实践中不断总结和探索产学研有效结合的方式，及时解决产学研合作过程中遇到的相关问题，为大力推
进“双创”背景下安徽省创新型省份建设厘清障碍。我们通过文献研究、案例研究等方法，分析了安徽省新型产学研合
作实体即产业技术研究院和产业技术创新战略联盟的建设成效和实践情况，指出了政府在产学研合作中的重要作用及
其不足，并提出了促进产学研合作的对策建议。 |

| In practice we constantly summarize and explore the way of effective combination, specially solve the
relevant problems in the process of industry-university-institute (IUI) cooperation, and promote the “double
gen” under the background of Anhui innovative province construction clear obstacles. In this paper we through
the method of literature research, case method and so on, analysis Anhui new research cooperation entity,
Industrial Technology Research Institute and the Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance building
performance and practice, and point out the important role of government and its lack of cooperation in
research, and proposed to promote research cooperation Suggestions. |
