| 2014—2015年，安徽省组织实施了企业创新调查。在问卷数据统计分析的基础上，首先总结安徽省企业创
新的总体状况，包括企业创新的活跃程度、企业研发经费投入强度、企业开展合作创新、企业专利产出等。然后分析
阻碍安徽省企业创新能力提升的主要因素，包括缺乏人才或人才流失、创新费用方面成本过高、创新信息渠道来源单
一、产学研合作机制尚未真正建立、创新效益不显著等。最后提出相应的对策建议，以期为政府制定和落实鼓励企业
技术创新的政策提供决策参考。 |

| 2014-2015, Anhui province organized the implementation of enterprise innovation survey. Based on
the statistical analysis of questionnaire data, the paper summarizes the overall situation of enterprise innovation
in Anhui Province, including the degree of activity of enterprise innovation, R&D investment intensity,
enterprise cooperation innovation, enterprise patent output. The paper analysis the main factors that hinder
the innovation ability of enterprises in Anhui Province, including lack of talent or brain drain, the high cost of
innovation, the single origin of innovative information channels, the fact that the cooperation mechanism of
production, study and research have not yet been established, and the innovation benefits are not significant;
Finally. This article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to provide decision-making reference for the
government to formulate and implement policies to encourage enterprise technological innovation. |
