| 探索建立符合中小微企业研发创新需求特点的科学仪器设备开放共享服务平台，将为推动科学仪器设备的
开放共享，发挥科技资源价值服务企业创新提供有益载体。文章介绍江苏省一站式检测公共服务平台（金册网）在资源
整合方式、服务内容、服务机制等方面的实践以及经过多年运营所取得的成效，分析其服务模式的创新之处，并指出
“金册网”目前遇到的问题以及今后将采取的解决办法，提出市场化和专业化相结合、线上和线下相结合在推动科学仪
器设备开放共享工作中的重要性。 |

| This paper explores the establishment of an open sharing service platform for scientific instruments
that meets the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises in research and development, promotes the open
sharing of scientific instruments, and aims at the innovation of scientific and technological resources value
service enterprises, and introduces the one-stop detection public service platform in Jiangsu Province. (Jin
Ce Wang) In the aspects of resource integration, service content, service mechanism and the results achieved
through years of operation, on the basis of this analysis of the innovation of its service model, and pointed out
that the current record of the Jin Ce Wang Some of the problems and the solutions to be taken in the next step,
put forward the importance of combining marketization and specialization, and combining online and offline
to promote the open sharing of scientific instruments. |
