| 通过深入分析重庆高校在科技人力资源、财力资源和物力资源等科技资源方面的不足，结合“双一流”建设
要求，从寻求国家战略支持，引进再造“双一流”、引进培育优秀研发人员、加大研发经费投入保障力度、布局大科学
装置和实验平台4个方面提出了重庆高校科技资源建设完善的策略。 |

| Based on the deep analysis of the shortages of human resources, financial resources and material
resources of science and technology infrastructure resources in Chongqing’s institution of higher learning
and the requirements of the construction of world-class universities and discipline, this study puts forward
four improving strategies of construction of science and technology infrastructure resources about higher
education in Chongqing, namely seeking the support of national strategy, introducing and rebuilding “ world class”, introduction and cultivation of excellent research and development (R&D) personnel, increasing security
efforts in research and development funds input, layout of scientific apparatus and experimental platform. |
